Strength & Conditioning Calendar (In Season Lift Schedule)

Monday April 21st - Saturday April 26th

  • Tuesday at Minnetonka schedule. Check out the ticket link to purchase admission tickets ahead of time. At Chanhassen schedule - no admission.

    • Chanhassen bus leaves at 1:30pm. Dismissed from class at 1:15pm.

    • Minnetonka bus leaves at 1:45pm. Dismissed at 1:30pm

  • Show up to your lifting days/times. Utilize the weight room to get stronger. We are very fortunate to have TCO and head trainer, Josh, train our athletes.

  • Focus on Recovery efforts. Prioritize hydration, nutrition and sleep. Stay ahead of academics.

Monday April 14th - Saturday April 19th

  • Weekly practice schedule - meet in Main Gym, unless we send a note on Sports You to meet on the track.

  • New Prague meet CANCELLED

  • VARSITY OUTDOOR meet at Shakopee on Thursday. Meet information HERE

  • Friday - GOOD FRIDAY. No scheduled practice. Recovery day

  • Saturday 4/19 and Monday 4/21 - talk to your event coaches about optional practices

  • Weekly practice schedule - meet in Main gym this week due to weather

  • Saturday Indoor meet at Orono

    • Bus leaves at 7:30am from the High school. Meet starts at 9am



Sunday March 23rd - Saturday March 29th

  • Wednesday - QDOBA for dinner. Fundraiser

Sunday March 16th - Saturday March 21st

Week 2!

  • Pay attention to our meeting spaces. If the weather looks gross, we will meet in the main high school gym. Dress for outdoor weather just in case.

  • Monday, we will take attendance at the beginning of practice and have our team meeting in the Main gym at 3:30pm.

  • Tuesday - Sports Dietician 4:30pm-5:30pm. High School. Location TBD

  • Registration - Please show up to track practice already registered AND with a current physical on file. You cannot participate if both of these are not complete.

  • Apparel order needs to be placed by Friday March 21st at midnight. Track apparel webstore

  • Friday: St. Johns JV/V meet information
