Basic State Team Itinerary

Thursday, Oct. 30th - District #110 Team Celebration and Building Parades

8:30am - HS Parade (all girls report to HS front office by 8:30am)
12:00pm - MS Athletes Released (Find Gilbert for a ride)
12:15pm - State HS Athletes Released from Class
12:30pm - Bus Depart HS
12:45pm - Laketown Elementary
1:05pm - Southview Elementary*
1:25pm - Bayview Elementary
1:40pm - Waconia Middle School
Note: times are approximate after Laketown visit
2pm - Athletes asked to return to classes
3:30pm - Last Home Turf Practice of the Season #BAM

Friday, Oct. 31st - State Course Preview & Team Dinner

11:30am - Student Athletes Released from Class
12:00pm - Depart for State Practice from HS (Bus)
Note: team bus will be picking up Kendrick/Jaidee in St. Paul
1-4pm - Practice Facility Open for Teams (Official State Apparel is sold during this time)
4pm - Dinner at Coach Gilberts House (Dinner actually by Valerie - my cute wife)
7pm - this would be latest arrival back home

Saturday, Nov. 1st - STATE XC CHAMPIONSHIP

Noon - Team/Fan Bus Depart HS
3:15pm - Girls AAA Race (Box 19)
3:34pm - Awards Ceremony
7pm - this would be latest arrival back home (team will decided if stopping on way home)

1) Waconia will have a tent/team camp on the east side of the starting area at the course
